Hero Motors Limited, an automotive technology company specialising in powertrain solutions, has completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on 23 September 2026.
The ₹10 billion offering comprised a ₹6 billion fresh issue and ₹4 billion offer for sale, with shares offered at ₹79–₹84. The IPO opened for subscription from 16–18 September 2026, with ICICI Securities, DAM Capital Advisors and JM Financial serving as book-running lead managers.
