Donna Garabo is Vice President of Product Management at DFIN, where she leads product strategy within the ActiveDisclosure organization. In her role, she partners cross‑functionally to align product vision, gather customer and internal feedback, and drive continuous improvement across DFIN’s disclosure and compliance solutions.
With more than 35 years at DFIN, Donna’s career reflects both longevity and impact. Beyond product leadership, she has played a meaningful role in shaping DFIN’s culture through her commitment to mentorship and advocacy. She has been instrumental in creating and sustaining employee resource groups, including the Women’s Impact Network (WIN) and DFIN MINDS (Mental Inclusivity and Neurodiversity Support), helping foster inclusive and supportive workplace environments.
Donna also mentors individuals both within DFIN and externally, including through Carnegie Mellon University, sharing experience gained over decades in product leadership and organizational advocacy.
