Jons Besch is the Chief Operations & Production Officer at DFIN. His team is responsible for Professional Services across our C&CM client offerings as well as Global Operations for DFIN. The team drives value for shareholders, clients, and employees by simplifying and standardizing processes; applying technology to improve outcomes and ensuring that metrics are in place to make informed decisions.
Past Roles
Jons previously led Operations for the financial services and global outsourcing offerings of R.R. Donnelley (RRD), after having held various roles in engineering, sales, client services, operations and execution management for RRD.

Current Role
Ken Napolitano serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at DFIN, where he leads the company’s global revenue-generating functions across Capital Markets and Investment Companies. In this role, he oversees Sales, Sales Enablement and Training, Relationship Management, and Marketing, with end-to-end responsibility for advancing DFIN’s go-to-market strategy. Ken is focused on accelerating growth, driving sales transformation, and strengthening the company’s market position.
Past Roles
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial data and technology sector, Ken has a strong track record of scaling commercial organizations and delivering sustained revenue growth. Most recently, as CRO at Preqin, he led a global team of more than 300 and served on the executive committee. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Wheels Up and also spent nearly two decades at Bloomberg LP.

Eric Foster serves as Chief Information Officer of Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), where he leads the company’s global technology strategy and delivery of enterprise systems that support business operations and transformation initiatives. He is responsible for advancing secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that enable innovation and drive productivity across the organization. In addition to technology, Eric also leads DFIN’s Procurement and Real Estate functions, further aligning operational capabilities with the company’s strategic and financial priorities.

Dave Gardella serves as Chief Financial Officer of Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), where he oversees the company’s global strategic planning and all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, corporate development, investor relations, tax, treasury, accounting, and revenue operations. Current Role
Leah Trzcinski serves as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), where she leads the company’s global legal, compliance, and regulatory strategy teams, advising the board and management on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, employment law, data privacy, ESG advisory, insurance, and health and safety.
