Eric Johnson is the President of the Global Investment Companies business for DFIN, the number one filer for investment companies’ regulatory documents and leading provider of regulatory disclosure and shareholder communications for mutual funds and investment-insurance companies. Eric leads sales strategy and market segment execution for the Investment Companies business on a global basis. His responsibilities include business development, market positioning, and driving revenue growth.

Eric has served the financial service industry for more than 25 years, beginning his career at Ernst & Young. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership, relentless focus on results, and a passion for driving innovative technology solutions. His passion outside of work involves youth sports organizations where he serves on local community boards on a volunteer basis.

Eric received a BA in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College and his Masters of Management in Business Administration from Penn State University.
