Sean M. Harrington

Sean M. Harrington is Managing Director, Solution Services for DFIN. In this role, he serves as a technical leader supporting product sales efforts and fostering strong client relationships, leveraging deep expertise in financial reporting for investment companies. Sean plays a key role in positioning DFIN’s ArcReporting, ArcFlex and ArcRegulatory solutions to address complex customer challenges.

Prior to this role, Sean spent a decade leading the development of DFIN’s financial reporting software platforms, including ArcReporting and the ArcRegulatory modules of Arc Suite. He also held senior fund administration roles at J.P. Morgan and Citi Fund Services, bringing extensive industry experience across both technology and operations.

Sean holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
