Document changes means an end user has requested (tasked) DFIN via ActiveDisclosure to perform edits to a project on their behalf to be started within 8 hours of receipt of request; one (1) document change covers up to 10 (or less) labor hours per request; requests over 10 hours incurs additional change requests​

Fact tagging means the act of DFIN tagging business and financial reports on the end users’ behalf​

Filing means an end user has requested (tasked) DFIN via ActiveDisclosure to perform a ‘test’ or ‘live’ SEC filing on their behalf ​

Project management means DFIN will perform a series of proactive touchpoints on select customer projects​

Implementation means the set-up, on-boarding and training of ActiveDisclosure​

Quick turnaround means the end user has requested (tasked) DFIN in ActiveDisclosure to prioritize a “document change” on their behalf which will be started within less than 8 hours of receipt​

Fact means the occurrence in an XBRL instance document of a value, or other information tagged by an XBRL taxonomy element​

Client success means consultation or services provided via professional services that are performed outside of tasks submitted and fulfilled within the ActiveDisclosure product ​
