Global dealmakers and finance professionals shared predictions about M&A financing trends for the February 2018 edition of DFIN’s “Venue Market Spotlight.” Overall, survey respondents expected conditions to be favorable, with additional cash to be made available as a result of U.S. tax cuts and a healthy global economy, and interest rates still at levels that will allow robust levels of borrowing.
