Late last year, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed increased measures for its Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval (EDGAR) Next program to better protect corporations' filing of highly sensitive information. We shared this news with you in December. Originally planned for Spring 2022, the program is now on pause effective immediately due to technical issues.
