Dan Leib has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) board since it became an independent public company in 2016. For the five years prior to DFIN’s spin-off from RR Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD), Dan served as RRD’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility at RRD including Group Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasurer, and Vice President of Investor Relations.

Dan’s strong background in corporate finance and strategy combined with his executive leadership experience gives him insight into the opportunities and challenges facing DFIN. Before joining RRD in 2004, Dan held positions with Interpublic Group of Companies, Dun & Bradstreet, Sears and Andersen Consulting. Dan received his MBA from New York University and a BS in Finance from University of Illinois, Champaign- Urbana.

Rick Crandall is the Founder and currently Chairman of the Enterprise Software CEO Roundtable, the definitive group of CEOs of the software industry’s 50 larger firms that meet in person twice yearly.

In addition to being a strategist with expertise in enterprise software, cybersecurity and digital transformation, Rick also has extensive corporate governance experience in several industries being affected by or creating game-changing technology.

Rick serves on the Board of the National Cybersecurity Center (NCC) in Colorado Springs, a private/public organization whose mission is to collaborate with the private sector, the military and federal agencies to research cyberthreats and to educate the public and private sectors. He chairs the Cyber Committee and Strategic Planning Committee of the NCC.

Rick founded Comshare, Inc., a decision support software company, in 1966, and served as its Chief Executive Officer for 26 years and Chairman for three years. He successfully guided the company from its timesharing beginnings to a 100 percent enterprise software products company until its eventual sale in 2003.

He has been involved in other leadership roles throughout his career, including having served as Chairman of Giga Information Group, a technology advisory firm. Rick is past Chairman of Novell, Inc. and oversaw the sale of the company to a trio of private equity firms while simultaneously selling much of its patent library to a consortium of Microsoft, Apple Computer, Oracle and EMC. He was the technology advisor to the U.S.

Chamber of Commerce (2003 – 2008) and serves on the Advisory Board for the Wharton Executive Education Program’s Boards That Lead governance initiative.

A New York City native, Rick now lives in Aspen, CO, where he is an avid mountain climber hiker and skier. Rick authored a memoir, The Dog Who Took Me Up a Mountain, using mountain climbing as a metaphor for overcoming challenges in business and in life.

Rick attended the University of Michigan, where he received a BS in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Mathematics and a Masters in Industrial Engineering.

Luis Aguilar is a former Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), serving from July 2008 to December 2015. Luis is the eighth longest-serving Commissioner in SEC history and was the third Commissioner to have been nominated by two U.S. Presidents from two different political parties. At the SEC, Luis had a major impact on improving transparency and accountability.

Prior to becoming Commissioner, Luis was General Counsel, Head of Compliance, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary of Invesco Institutional, an Atlanta- based global investment management firm with more than $790 billion in assets under management. He began his legal career as an attorney at the SEC and went on to become partner at several prominent national law firms, including McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP (subsequently merged with Dentons US LLP); Alston & Bird LLP; Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP; and Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy LLP (subsequently merged with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP).

Luis has been named a Board Leadership Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors, which is recognized as the Gold Standard Director Credential demonstrating a commitment to the highest standard of boardroom excellence. Since September 2016, Luis has been a Principal at Falcon Cyber Investments, a firm focused on cybersecurity. Most recently, Luis was named to the Financial Accounting Foundation Board of Trustees, which is responsible for providing governance and oversight to ensure that the Financial Accounting Standards Board and Governmental Accounting Standards Board establish and improve high-quality financial accounting and reporting standards.

Luis earned a BS from Georgia Southern University, a JD from the University of Georgia and a Master of Laws (Taxation) from Emory University.

Juliet Ellis is the former Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Growth Equities for Invesco, Inc., where she was responsible for overseeing the allocation and management of over $30 billion in assets across nine fund strategies from 2008 to 2019. Prior to joining Invesco, she served as a Portfolio Manager for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors and as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch & Company.

For nearly her entire career, Juliet was a highly-ranked equity analyst and portfolio manager whose funds have been recognized by independent industry research firms as top performers against their peers and investment benchmarks. Juliet received accolades including a four-star Morningstar rating (out of five), a Lipper ranking in the top third of small-cap growth strategies across multiple time horizons and a ranking in the 37th percentile among her core peer group.

With her successful track record in the investment management industry, Juliet brings an experienced perspective on shareholder priorities, capital allocation and shareholder communication.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science, cum laude, from Indiana University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.®

Since 2020, Gary Greenfield has served as Executive Advisor at private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners, where he was previously a partner for seven years. Court Square Capital focuses on US-based middle-market companies within the business services, general industrial, healthcare, and technology and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Court Square Capital, Gary was recruited to lead a turnaround effort at Avid Technology, Inc., which developed and sold software solutions to the broadcast and entertainment industry. Within 20 months, Gary improved gross margins, reduced operating expenses, and repaired customer relationships.

Known for his success in turning around struggling companies, Gary brings 40+ years of experience and a strong operational track record to the software development field.

He has served as Interim CEO of Sectigo, a leading cybersecurity provider of digital identity solutions (July 2022 to December 2022), as Special Advisor at JMI Equity, a private equity firm (2021 to 2022) and as President and Chief Executive Officer of GXS, Inc. (2003 to 2007). During this period, he concurrently served as an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners.

Gary received a B.S. in General Engineering and International Security Affairs from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Administration from George Washington University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Lois Martin is currently Chief Financial Officer at Mortenson Companies, a private construction and real estate development company. She is a financial expert whose 30- year career has been spent in the financial operations side of businesses with a unique background in capital restructurings, including spin-offs.

Lois is recognized as a transformational executive leader and independent board member with a proven track record of creating shareholder value in public and private companies across multiple industries with varying capital structures. She was previously CFO at Ceridian Corp., Capella Education Co. (NASDAQ: CPLA), World Data Products, and Deluxe Corp (NYSE: DLX). She led the spin-off and IPO of Deluxe’s payment business that was known as eFunds. She serves on the board of A.O. Smith (NYSE: AOS) and previously served on the boards of Raven Industries (NASDAQ: RAVN), ADC Telecommunications (NASDAQ: ADCT) and MTS Systems (NASDAQ: MTSC). Lois has been recognized as Outstanding Director of the Year by Twin Cities Magazine.

Lois began her career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She earned a bachelor’s degree from Augustana University.

Chandar Pattabhiram is Chief Go-to-Market Officer for Workato, a leading AI-driven enterprise orchestration platform provider, since May 2024. He is responsible for strategic GTM and transformation initiatives, all aspects of marketing, field readiness, and North American channel partnerships.

Prior to Workato, Chandar was Chief Marketing Officer at Coupa Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:COUP) where he was responsible for worldwide marketing including go-to- market strategy, product and segment marketing, growth marketing, and corporate/brand marketing. Before that, Chandar was Chief Marketing Officer at Merkato Inc., where he drove the positioning of Marketo as a leader in marketing automation. He began his career at Compucom Systems, joined Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture) where he worked on a myriad of management consulting projects across IT strategy and business process reengineering and eventually went on to serve in senior marketing leadership roles at Badgeville Inc., and Sequoia-backed startup Cast Iron Systems, Inc. (acquired by IBM in 2010).

Chandar received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from PSG College of Technology in India and, his master’s degree in management information systems from University of Texas. He serves on the Board of privately held BlueShift Technologies, Inc., an AI platform for consumer engagement, and has also been strategic advisor to the CEO of Freshworks.

Ayman Sayed has served as Chief Executive Officer of BMC Software, a leading software company, since October 2019. As CEO of BMC Software, he has successfully navigated the company through significant transformations, product innovation, and business growth.   He also drove a strategic split of the company into BMC and BMC Helix, demonstrating his ability to drive organizational change and sustained value.

Prior to BMC Software, Ayman served as President and Chief Product Officer at CA Technologies where he oversaw a global team of 5,000 employees and helped lead the company through its acquisition by Broadcom.  Before joining CA Technologies, Ayman held various leadership roles at Cisco Systems for over 16 years, where he led various groups including the Network Operating System Technology Group with responsibility for networking software across the company.

Ayman has substantial board experience and currently serves as a board member at FD Technologies (First Derivatives), a publicly-traded UK-based software and capital market consulting firm, and on the board at BMC Software. He previously served on the board of Elisity Security from 2019 to 2024.

Ayman received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Cairo University in Egypt.
